The motel is an adequate choice if you're looking for budget-friendly accommodations in St. Augustine. It has a decent location with easy access to downtown, but the cleanliness could be improved, and it's definitely in need of some updates. The breakfast is quite basic, so don’t expect much there, but the parking and Wi-Fi are free, which is a plus for the price.

I’ve returned to Anastasia Inn several times because it offers a neat, comfortable stay with a prime location just a few blocks from the Bridge of Lions. While the rooms are basic and clean, I find them to be fairly comfy, though they could use a little updating. The real advantage here is being within walking distance to the historic district and great eateries, not to mention just a short drive to the beach. I did notice some rooms have older bedding which might not appeal to everyone, but for the price, it’s a solid choice.

The rooms were generally clean and reasonably sized, but there were a few issues with maintenance and cleanliness that need attention. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the pool was small but served its purpose for a quick dip.

While the staff's service could use improvement, the basic amenities like air conditioning and cleanliness were adequate for the price. Just keep your expectations in check for a flashier experience.

We had a lovely stay over New Year’s Eve at this inn. It was a great value compared to motels across the bridge and just a short walk to the historic district. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, but we enjoyed our one-night stay overall. I would definitely choose to stay here again for a quick visit.

However, the room condition wasn't ideal, as the bedding felt old and uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. Overall, it's a fair choice if you're not too picky about comfort.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to downtown St. Augustine, making it easy to walk around and explore. The price is very budget-friendly, but the rooms left a lot to be desired due to cleanliness issues and outdated furniture. The service at check-in could definitely use some warmth and hospitality. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re just looking for a quick, inexpensive place to stay.

I was initially nervous about choosing a smaller hotel instead of a recognized chain, but this place pleasantly surprised me. It’s certainly not perfect, but offers good value for money with clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere. While the room might show signs of age, the overall experience was positive, especially considering the numerous dining options just a short walk away.

I was looking for an affordable place for a quick family getaway and while I found the price appealing, the stay was a mixed bag. The location is great for exploring St. Augustine without breaking the bank, but the older facilities are definitely showing their age. Though the room was clean, it was also uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall experience. A continental breakfast was offered, but it was quite basic and left me wanting more.
